Deposits and cancellations
A $300.00 deposit is required. Payment is due in full 60 days prior to your check-in day. We accept personal or cashiers check, MasterCard or VISA. There is a $100 cleaning fee and a $150 refundable security deposit. Until confirmed, prices are subject to change.

In case of a cancellation made more than 45 days from check-in day, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee.

In case of a cancellation made 30 days or less from check-in day, your deposit will not be refunded.
